SHIPPING COSTS

New Zealand: Flat rate of $10 shipping on orders under $200, Free Shipping on orders over $200.  We use NZ Couriers or Castle Parcels depending on your location.  We aim to send all orders within 24-48 hours, you should receive your items within two to three working days​ after receiving the confirmation of shipping email.  Please remember to allow extra time for Rural Delivery.  Deliveries will not be made on weekends or public holidays.​

OUR STANDARD DELIVERY TERMS:

Deliveries may require a signature upon arrival.  Please ensure you provide physical shipping address where there is someone available to sign for the package between business hours, or ensure you give us clear instructions with delivery details.

Unfortunately our couriers do not deliver to P O Boxes or Private Bags.  Please note rural delivery can take an extra two working days transit time from the normal time frame.

GOLDEN is not liable for stolen parcels and we strongly recommend that you provide a secure delivery address.

A confirmation email will be sent upon dispatch with the tracking number for your order and a description of the goods purchased.
