This is a focused, one-on-one exploratory session where we talk through your store, your sales history, and your upcoming season, and I give you honest, experienced feedback on where to commit and where to hold back.

What's covered:

• A look at what's worked (and what hasn't) in recent seasons
• Where your range may have gaps, overlap, or dead weight
• How to budget and commit across categories with more confidence
• Whether ongoing or seasonal buying support is the right next step for you

Format: 60-90minutes, via video call or in-person if you're Christchurch-based.  Lenore does travel so feel free to reach out to discuss your specific location if you don't fancy a video call.

What to bring: Any sales reports, past buy plans, or range info you're comfortable sharing — the more context, the more useful the session.  It's even better to provide this information prior to the session.

Good for: Small retail business owners who want an experienced second opinion before committing to a season's buy, or who are ready for outside help but not yet ready for a fully managed buying service.
